Created by Glen Hammond, a former Corrections Canada worker, and a trucker who has traveled throughout North America, the Hotrock BBQ was made with versatility in mind.

A two-piece tray, with the top acting as a griddle, there really is nothing that you can’t cook. Just use your imagination! Your typical barbecue food, an entire turkey, a cake, and much, much more. Also designed to fit most gas barbecues, it gives you better temperature and moisture control throughout the entire cooking process.
